5 dés gravés, 2 x 2 x 2 cm chaque / Five engraved dice, 2 x 2 x 2 cm each

An index of projects already completed or under way, a set of dice where each side represents the drawing of a piece. These preliminary sketches, somewhere between technical drawings and archival documents, are closely linked to the artist’s praxis.
Each throw of the dice suggests by itself a potential exhibition. By introducing, without doing away with them, various parameters of the exhibition system, the method involves a programmed element of chance which determines the occupation of the space, and the visible and hidden sides. The only real choice in the end of the day has to do with the procedure. An index of projects already completed or under way, a set of dice where each side represents the drawing of a piece.
